Our Story
The Lord’s Community Hub(TLC Hub)was founded in response to a pattern we could no longer ignore.
Neurodiverse and disadvantaged young people were being misunderstood and under-supported. Families were navigating complex systems alone. Safe spaces beyond school were limited.
The issue was never potential.
It was access, understanding and early support.
We exist to change that trajectory.
Through structured, inclusive programmes, we build confidence, strengthen belonging and support families alongside their children. We connect home, school and community so no child is left navigating life alone.
We are not here to manage labels.
We are here to unlock potential.
Every child is seen.
Every family is respected.
Every programme creates lasting change.

Our Impact
100+ families connected to vital resources, peer support, and respite opportunities.
150+ children and young people engaged through sports, music, arts, and mentoring.
200+ tutoring hours delivered through our EmpowerED programme.
Monthly Meet Up & Eat Up gatherings building community connections and reducing isolation.

Our Vision
A community where every person is seen, valued and free to thrive - at home, in school and in the community.
Because meaningful change does not begin in systems alone. It begins with people, relationships and opportunity.
Our Mission
To empower neurodiverse and disadvantaged individuals and the families who support them through inclusive sport, music, creative arts, education, mentoring and strong community connection.
We challenge stigma, build belonging and create clear pathways to opportunity.

Testimonials
Eunice, parent of Micaela (age 7), Zamara Voices
"My daughter was always singing alone at home, but now she gets to sing with colleagues and she's really enjoying it. She's learning to make moves to improve her skill. I would absolutely recommend this to other families — they will get the best experience".
Hope, parent of Neche (5 years old), Zamara Voice
"Neche was bored at home.
Since joining Zamara Voices,
she's excited to be with friends! She's made new friends, learned new singing skills, and she's more confident with her mates now. The carol presentation at Bell's Corner on Dartford High Street was her first time performing - I was
so proud of her for being so confident!".
Smaranda, parent of Thomas (8 years old), Zamara Voices
"Thomas was very anxious to participate but the neurodiversity-friendly approach made all the difference. Now he's more confident and aware of how his behaviour affects others. He loves the vocal warm-ups and games during breaks. The visit to the care home was the best thing he did over Christmas - it was such a special moment!"
