​Lordina Owusu is the Founder and CEO of The Lord’s Hub CIC, leading inclusive programmes that support disadvantaged and neurodiverse young people to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive.
Coach Frankiln
Sport Lead
Youth mentor and pastoral lead with over 15 years of experience supporting young people. Franklin creates high-trust environments where children build confidence, discipline and belonging through sport and mentorship.

Admin &Operations Lead
Operations lead ensuring every programme runs with structure, compliance and excellence. Michellin strengthens the systems behind the scenes so families experience consistent, reliable support at every stage.

Media & Creative Content Assistant
Benjamin brings creativity and vision to TLC Hub’s media and storytelling. Through photography, video and digital content, he helps capture the energy, impact and voice of the community, ensuring the stories of young people and families are seen, heard and celebrated.

Damien is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs to thrive in safe, inclusive and empowering spaces. Through patience, encouragement and hands-on support, he helps participants build confidence.
